- ★ ★ ★ ☆ ☆There is nothing really bad I can say about this company. I have not rented from them. They seem professional and on the up-and-up. However, I rated them three stars because I think it's ridiculous that the income requirements to live in one of their homes is three times the amount of the rent. Which is not good for someone who is on a fixed income or a low income budget. I think that's ridiculous. I also think it's ridiculous, though I don't know how much control they have over this, that all their HUD eligible homes are on one side of town.By Rebecca Thistle, February 14, 2018
